got a valve block with an M22 x 1.5 DIN tube port. is this the straight adapter that’ll jump me over to a 7/8-14 ORB male?

Built for that exact cross-over, it has an M22 x 1.5 male DIN tube end (L15) on one side and a 7/8-14 UNF male SAE O-Ring Boss end on the other, in a straight steel body.

Got a machine running DIN tube fittings on one end and SAE O-ring ports on the other. Will this adapter actually handle that crossover without needing extra pieces in between?

That's the situation this part is built for. One end is M22 x 1.5 male DIN tube thread at L15 sizing, and the other terminates in a 7/8-14 UNF male ORB thread for a 5/8" line.
