Wondering if this'll fit my setup. Got a M22 x 1.5 DIN tube I need to connect to a 7/8 - 14 UNF ORB-SAE.

got a metric DIN tube side on one end and an SAE port on the other, does this adapter go between the two without needing extra fittings?

That's what this one does. One end is M22 x 1.5 DIN tube, the other is a 7/8-14 UNF ORB-SAE port. Both sides are male, so you're bridging those two thread standards in a single straight adapter. No additional couplings needed for that transition.
