Got a system running M18 x 1.5 DIN tube fittings on one end and need to tie into a 7/8-14 ORB port on a valve block, this the right adapter for that?

Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One side is M18 x 1.5 DIN tube, male, and the other is a 7/8-14 UNF ORB-SAE, also male. If your valve block has a female ORB port and you're coming off a DIN tube line, this adapter bridges that connection directly.
