trying to swap a DIN tube end over to an ORB port, is this the one with M14 x 1.5 on one side and 9/16-18 ORB on the other?

One end runs a DIN tube connection at M14 x 1.5, which is an L08 size. The other end is a 9/16-18 UNF male SAE O-ring boss, sized at 3/8 inch. Both sides are male connections, and the fitting runs straight through with no angle or offset.
