Got a hydraulic line running DIN tube on one end and need to tie into a BSPP port on the other side, this the right piece for that?

That's what this adapter is built for. One end is a DIN tube connection with an M24 x 1.5 thread at the S16 size, and the other end is a male BSPP connection with a G 3/4 - 14 thread at 3/4 inch. Both sides are male, so make sure your mating ports are female on each end before ordering. It's a straight configuration, so no angle or offset to account for during installation.

Will this adapter hold up okay in a hydraulic system running at, say, 3000 psi?

For a hydraulic setup pushing 3000 psi, this steel adapter should work fine, but make sure you follow all the torque specs during installation.
