Got a hydraulic line running M18 x 1.5 DIN tube on one end and need to tie into a G 3/8-19 BSPP port on the other, this adapter gonna bridge that gap?

That's what this fitting does. One side is male M18 x 1.5 DIN tube, the other is male G 3/8-19 BSPP, so it connects those two thread types directly. It's a straight adapter, steel construction, and comes in at 34.5mm overall length with a 22mm wrench width. If both your line and your port match those callouts, you're good to go.
