Got a hydraulic line running DIN fittings that needs to tie into a component with a BSPP port, does this adapter handle that crossover in one piece, or do I need something in between?

got a metric DIN tube with M16 x 1.5 on it, will this adapter let me hook into a G 3/8 - 19 BSPP port?
