Will this here fitting work with a M45 x 2.0 DIN tube?

this straight steel DIN X Mbspp Es Seal is designed for that exact application. It's got a Side 1 DIN Tube connection with a M45 x 2.0 callout and L35 size, so you should be good to go.

Got a line running DIN tube on one end and BSPP on the other, does this fitting bridge that gap straight through without any elbow or offset?

straight through is exactly what you get. The fitting runs a DIN tube connection on one side with an M45 x 2.0 thread and L35 sizing, and the other side is a 1-1/4 inch BSPP male with a G 1-1/4-11 thread. No bend, no offset, just a clean inline adapter between those two connection types.
