That's right. It's designed to connect an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube fitting to a G 3/8 - 19 BSPP fitting.

got a hose end that’s G 3/8-19 BSPP male and i need to tie into an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube fitting. is this the right adapter?

For that exact thread matchup, it fits the bill. It is a straight, steel, male to male adapter with M18 x 1.5 DIN tube on one side and G 3/8 - 19 BSPP on the other.
