trying to match up an old adapter. is this the one that goes from M14 x 1.5 DIN tube (L08) over to a G 1/4-19 BSPP male?

Matches that combo. One end is a DIN tube male M14 x 1.5 in size L08, and the other end is a male BSPP G 1/4-19 with an ES elastomer seal for the BSPP port interface.

Got a machine running DIN metric tube fittings and need to tie into a BSPP port, this the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. One end is an M14 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection, Size L08, and the other end steps over to a G 1/4-19 male BSPP thread. Steel construction, straight body, so it drops right in wherever you need a clean crossover between those two thread standards in a hydraulic line.
