trying to hook a DIN tube line to a BSPP port, is this the right adapter or am i off a size?

For that kind of mix, this adapter is set up exactly for it. Side 1 is a male M12 x 1.5 DIN tube end (L06), and Side 2 is a male G 1/4 - 19 BSPP (1/4 inch). It is a straight steel adapter with an ES seal style.

What thread types are on each end of this adapter, and are both ends male?

Both ends are male on this one. Side 1 runs an M12 x 1.5 DIN tube thread, and Side 2 is a G 1/4-19 BSPP. So if you're needing to bridge a metric DIN connection over to a BSPP port, this is the piece that does it. Steel construction throughout, straight profile, nothing exotic about the install.
