i got two DIN tube ends that are both S25, is this union the right one to tie em together?

For matching DIN tube ends in S25, it gives you a same size male to male hookup with M36 x 2.0 threads on both sides, so it is meant to join two like DIN tube lines.

both sides are M36 x 2.0 on this thing, right? just want to make sure it ain't one size on one end and something different on the other before i order
