trying to tie a 10mm DIN tube line into a 6mm one, is this the piece that does that?

For stepping between those two DIN tube sizes, this union is set up as a reducing inline connector with M16 x 1.5 on one side for 10mm tube and M12 x 1.5 on the other side for 6mm tube.
