both sides on this union are M14 x 1.5 DIN tube right? just want to make sure before I order

Correct on both counts. Each end carries an M14 x 1.5 DIN tube connection, and both sides are male. The fitting is completely symmetrical, so there's no wrong end to worry about during installation.
