both ends are female NPTF on this thing? just want to make sure before i order, running 1-inch line into a 3/4 fitting

Correct on both counts. Thread B1 is a 1-11-1/2 female NPTF and Thread B2 is 3/4-14 female NPTF, so this adapter steps down between those two sizes. Both threads are built to SAE J476 spec. If you've got a 1-inch male NPTF on one side and a 3/4-inch male NPTF on the other, this connects them straight through without any angle or offset.
