This fitting got a female JIC 37 end on it, does that mean it'll mate up with a standard male JIC 37 flare fitting on my hydraulic line?

Female JIC 37 on End 1 pairs with a male JIC 37 counterpart, so yes, that connection will mate up with a standard male JIC 37 flare. End 2 is a Line/Hose/Tube end sized for a -4 hose dash size, so make sure your hose matches that before putting it together. The hex at End 2 measures 0.6875 inches if you need to know what wrench to grab.
