fitting says it don't need a mandrel for install, is that right, or do I need to track one down before I get started?

No mandrel needed on this one. The 4-SPRL design is built for field assembly without that extra tooling, which makes it a lot easier to swap out or install when you're working somewhere that isn't a fully stocked shop. Just one less thing to round up before you get the job done.

Match-up wise, the supplier part number on this one is 4SA6FRA6, and it’s an Eaton Aeroquip permanent fitting assembly. It’s a female ORS 45 degree elbow, carbon steel, with a -6 hose dash size and a 0.6875 end size.
