fitting's got a -20 hose dash size, does that mean it'll work with a standard 4-wire spiral hose assembly, or is there something specific about the TTC style I need to account for?

For 4-wire spiral hose assemblies, the -20 dash size on this fitting lines up with what you'd expect for that hose range. The TTC designation refers to the fitting style used with Eaton Aeroquip's TTC system, which is engineered to extend the working life of the hose assembly rather than just connect it. The female ORS end gives you a solid, leak-resistant connection on the port side. Just make sure your hose end and port thread match up to the ORS spec before you put it together.
