does this fitting work with 4-wire spiral hose on a -20 dash size assembly, or is it only for certain hose types?

For 4-wire spiral hose assemblies at the -20 dash size, this is the right fitting. It's part of the 4S series, which is built specifically for that hose configuration, and the hose dash size listed is -20. The female ORS swivel end handles the connection on the other side, so as long as your mating port is ORS, you're set up right.
