Does this fitting have any kind of corrosion protection baked in, or is that something you gotta add yourself after install?

Corrosion protection comes built right into it. Eaton uses what they call Dura-Kote plating on this fitting, which gives it solid resistance to rust and corrosion without any extra steps on your end after installation. That's part of what makes it a good fit for environments where moisture or harsh conditions are a regular concern.

I need a fitting that can hold up. Does this one corrode easy?

Dura-Kote plating on this fitting gives it superior corrosion resistance, so it should hold up well in demanding environments.
