what's the angle on this flange fitting, is it the 30 degree version or am I looking at the wrong part number?

That's the 30 degree elbow configuration. The part number 4S24FLF20 is the SAE Code 61 split flange fitting with a 30 degree bend, sized at a -20 hose dash size. If your line needs a straight flange or a different angle, you'd be looking at a different part in the 4S series lineup.
