Match-up is by supplier part number. If your old one is marked 4993570-001, it corresponds to the Danfoss hydraulic adjustable volume plug with that same supplier part number and SKU 4993570-001.

part number 4993570-001, is that the plug adjustable volume for an Eaton Char-Lynn setup or is this something different now that Danfoss took over?

Same part, different badge on the box. Eaton Char-Lynn was folded into Danfoss Power Solutions, so you'll see both names floating around for this one. The supplier part number 4993570-001 stays consistent either way, so if you're cross-referencing an old Eaton parts list, this is your match.
