got a hose end that’s M30 x 2.0 on the DIN side, will this elbow mate up to that and a 3/4 BSPP port?

For a DIN tube connection, the Side 1 end is M30 x 2.0 in the L22 series, and the other end is a 3/4 inch male BSPP thread listed as G 3/4-14, so it is made to bridge those two connection standards in one fitting.

Got a hydraulic line that needs to make a 45-degree turn and tie into a BSPP port, will this fitting handle that transition in one piece?

That's what it's built for. One side is an M30 x 2.0 DIN tube end (L22 series) and the other is a 3/4" male BSPP thread, so you're getting a DIN-to-BSPP crossover right at that 45-degree angle without needing extra adapters in between. The steel body keeps it solid, and the overall length runs 46mm, so it stays pretty compact even with the elbow geometry factored in.
