trying to swap an elbow on a tight skid, what exact threads are on each end of this adjustable 45 degree adapter?

On the DIN tube side it is an M22 x 1.5 male connection, and on the BSPP side it is a G 1/2 - 14 male connection.

Got a G 1/2 BSPP male port on a manifold block and need to come off it at a 45 degree angle with DIN tube, this the right piece for that?

That setup is exactly what this adapter is built for. One end is a G 1/2-14 BSPP male, the other is an M22 x 1.5 DIN tube male, and the 45 degree elbow lets you redirect the line without having to bend your tubing hard or fight for clearance. Both sides are male, so make sure your manifold port and tube fitting are both female to receive them. Overall length runs 40mm, so it fits reasonably tight quarters without much fuss.
