Reckon this pump'll bolt right up where my old Vickers pump was? It's also a 45VQ series.

For the mounting, this pump uses a standard 2-bolt SAE C mounting flange, so it should fit if your old pump used the same flange.

pump puts out around 77 gallons a minute at what speed, and is that at full 2500 psi or just rated conditions?

At 2200 RPM, the rated flow on this unit is 77.14 GPM. That 2500 PSI figure is the maximum pressure rating, so peak flow is measured under rated operating conditions rather than at the pressure ceiling. Running it hard up near that pressure limit will naturally affect actual output, but the 77.14 GPM figure gives you a solid baseline for sizing your system.
