Correct on both counts. One end is a 1-inch tube OD hose barb, and the other is a 3/4-14 male NPTF thread built to SAE J476 spec. The 90-degree angle makes it a handy fit when you need to change direction between a hose line and a pipe-threaded port without a lot of extra fittings in between.
