What size is the hose barb end on this thing?

The hose barb side is made for a tube with an outer diameter of 3/8 inch.

trying to hook a 3/8 hose to a 3/8-18 nptf port. is that what the 06HB-06MP is made for?

For connecting unlike ends, it has a hose barb sized for 3/8 tube OD on one side and a 3/8-18 male NPTF thread on the other, built to the SAE J476 spec.
