Product Questions & Answers

What kind of equipment is this pump actually built for? Got a loader backhoe and a dump truck on the same jobsite and tryin to figure out if one pump covers both.
Question by: Frank E on Apr 21, 2025, 1:25 PM
Both of those applications fall squarely in the wheelhouse of the 420 Series. The pump is rated for loader backhoes and dump truck lifts, along with a pretty wide range of other mobile equipment like concrete pavers, rough terrain forklifts, and even mining machinery. So yes, it's the kind of unit that moves between demanding, varied jobsite conditions without being spec'd into a corner.

So, this thing's good for dump trucks and loaders, but could I use it on, say, a tractor pulling a big disc?
Question by: Judy M on Jul 12, 2025, 8:39 PM
Designed with demanding applications in mind, this Danfoss/Eaton pump can certainly handle the hydraulic needs of agricultural tractors, including those pulling heavy implements. Its high pressure and flow capacity make it suitable for tasks requiring robust hydraulic power.
