Product Questions & Answers

Is this pump gonna hold up for somethin' like a dump truck lift, or is it more for lighter-duty stuff?
Question by: Dustin H on Dec 5, 2025, 1:04 PM
Designed for demanding mobile hydraulic applications, this open circuit piston pump is well-suited for dump truck lifts, as well as heavier machinery like mining equipment and dozers.

Got a mini-excavator that's been running an older piston pump and I'm trying to figure out if this 420 series unit would be a straight swap or if I'm looking at more than just a bolt-on job. It's the 3.00 CID displacement I need. That match up here?
Question by: Roy B on Jun 9, 2025, 4:47 PM
The displacement on this one is 3.00 CID, which is 49cc, so if your current pump matches that spec, you're in the right ballpark on volume. The 420 Series is specifically called out for mini-excavator applications, so it's a platform that's been built with that kind of machine in mind. Whether it's a true bolt-on depends on your mounting configuration and port layout, but the displacement and application fit are both there.
