Will this Eaton piston pump work alright on a dump truck lift system?

This pump's application list includes dump truck lifts, so it should be suitable for that purpose. Just make sure the 3.80 CID (62CC) displacement and 420 Code C model meet your system's requirements.

Got a loader backhoe that needs a new pump and I been looking at this one. That 62CC displacement gonna hold up to regular daily use on a machine that runs most of the shift?

For loader backhoe work, the X20 420 Series is actually one of the more capable options in its class. The open circuit piston design handles sustained demand well, and the high pressure and flow capacity it carries means it's not going to be struggling under typical full-shift loading cycles. Backhoes are specifically listed as a target application for this pump, so you're not pushing it into territory it wasn't built for.
