I'm looking at using this on a dump truck lift. Is that an okay application for this pump?

This open circuit piston pump should work well for a dump truck lift. It's also suited for loader backhoes, mining machinery, agriculture tractors, railroad equipment, and material handling trucks, to name a few.

pump's got a 2.50 CID displacement, that right for running a loader backhoe or am I lookin at somethin too big for that application?
