Product Questions & Answers

Hey, I'm seeing this pump is good for loader backhoes and ag tractors... would it work for a dump truck lift too?
Question by: Stan F on Jul 18, 2025, 6:49 AM
Absolutely. This Danfoss / Eaton X20 pump is also listed for dump truck lifts, among other applications like mining machinery and railroad equipment.

What all can this pump actually handle? Got equipment running everything from log loaders to concrete pavers and trying to figure out if one pump covers that range.
Question by: Johnny A on Aug 3, 2025, 5:18 PM
Quite a range is supported here. The X20 420 Series is rated for loader backhoes, crawler dozers, mini excavators, concrete and asphalt pavers, feller/bunchers, forwarders, log loaders, articulate haulers, and more. Mining machinery, tunnel boring equipment, vibratory cable plows, and railroad equipment are also on the application list. For mobile off-road work across construction, agriculture, and forestry, this pump covers a wide spread of machine types under one part number.
