what all can this pump be used on? got a loader backhoe and a couple pieces of construction equipment and trying to figure out if one pump covers both

Loader backhoes are actually one of the primary applications this pump was built around, so you're in good shape there. Beyond that, it covers a wide spread of equipment including crawler dozers, mini excavators, concrete and asphalt pavers, rough terrain forklifts, and articulate haulers. Material handling trucks and off-road dump trucks are also on the list. For most mixed construction and earthmoving fleets, this one pump model tends to check a lot of boxes at once.

This DANFOSS / EATON piston pump is definitely suitable for loader backhoes, among other mobile hydraulic applications. It's also used in mining machinery, agriculture tractors, and other heavy equipment.
