This Danfoss/Eaton piston pump is built for demanding industrial environments, and it’s definitely suitable for chemical applicator trucks. The design focuses on high pressure and flow capacity, and it should give you the efficiency you need.

What all can this pump handle? Got a loader backhoe and a couple pieces of mining equipment I'm trying to keep running, just want to make sure it's up to the job.
Question by: Diane K on Feb 10, 2026, 7:52 AM
Heavy mobile equipment is exactly where this pump earns its keep. The 420 Series covers loader backhoes, mining machinery, tunnel boring equipment, crawler dozers, articulated haulers, and a whole lot more. It's built around high pressure and high flow capacity, so demanding cycles on tough equipment aren't going to push it past its limits. If you're running it on both a backhoe and mining gear, you're well within the range of what this unit was made for.
