Product Questions & Answers

If I'm usin' this on somethin' like a mini excavator, is it gonna hold up okay?

Designed with demanding mobile hydraulic applications in mind, this open circuit piston pump handles high-pressure and high-flow requirements, making it well-suited for heavy-duty mobile equipment like mini excavators.

what all kind of equipment does this pump fit on? got a loader backhoe and a mini excavator on the farm and tryin to figure out if one pump could work for both
Question by: Ray J on Aug 30, 2025, 7:31 PM
Both of those machines fall squarely in the application range for this pump. The X20 420 Series is built around mobile equipment exactly like loader backhoes and mini excavators, along with a pretty broad list of other heavy-duty machines including ag tractors, crawler dozers, articulated haulers, and concrete pavers. Mining equipment, railroad gear, and utility boom trucks are also on that list. So yes, your two machines are both covered application-wise.
