Got a mini excavator and a crawler dozer both tearing up ground on the same job site, is this pump built to handle that kind of equipment, or is it more of a single-application unit?

Both of those machines fall squarely in the range this pump was built for. The 420 Series X20 open circuit piston pump covers a wide spread of mobile equipment, and mini excavators along with crawler dozers are both explicitly listed applications. So if you're running either one or both, you're in the right territory with this unit.
