running this on a loader backhoe, want to make sure the shaft and mount are gonna line up right before i order -- 2-bolt SAE B flange with a 13-tooth splined shaft, that correct?

those specs are right. The 2-bolt SAE B mounting flange pairs with a 13T SAE B splined shaft on this unit. If your backhoe was built around that SAE B footprint, you're looking at a direct fit on both the mount and the shaft interface.
