Question by: Troy R on Aug 15, 2025, 3:00 PM
This Aeroquip fitting is made for a wide range of applications, so it should work with most hydraulic hoses. Just be sure the dash size (-4 in this case) matches your hose.

fitting's made of brass, right? just want to make sure before i order a handful of these for a job
Question by: Pete M on Jul 2, 2025, 6:32 PM
Brass is correct. The 412-2-4B is a brass fitting, which makes it a solid pick where corrosion resistance matters and you're not dealing with extreme heat or aggressive fluids that would rule brass out.
