trying to match up a reusable fitting i have, is this one a 1 inch male nptf end?

The End 1 on this part is a 1 inch male NPTF connection. It is a reusable fitting assembly in the Aeroquip 406 Series.

what thread type is on the male end of this fitting, and will it work with standard pipe connections?
