got a 3/8 push-to-connect line, will this plug screw into a 1/4 female NPTF port like it ought to?

Built with a male push-to-connect end on one side and a 1/4 inch female NPTF connection on the other, this plug is set up for exactly that kind of hookup. It is the male half of a Hansen 400 Series quick disconnect, so it is meant to mate with the matching coupler half.
