Got a harvester that keeps blowing pressure in the main circuit, runs around 4800 psi under load. Would this valve hold up to that kind of pressure day in and day out?

At 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, that valve sits right at the top of your operating range. Running at 4800 psi puts you close to the rated limit but still within it. For a harvester application specifically, this series was built with exactly that kind of mobile, high-demand use in mind, so it is not being pushed outside its intended environment. Just make sure your system does not see regular pressure spikes that push past that 5000 psi ceiling, since sustained operation at or near max rating accelerates wear faster than running with some headroom.
