running this on a refuse hauler setup, does it handle 5000 psi or is that just peak?

350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi, is the rated maximum pressure for this valve. That holds for both mobile and industrial use, so refuse hauler applications fall right in its wheelhouse. It's built to handle that pressure ceiling, not just spike to it.
