Got a harvester that's been giving me fits with pressure regulation, runs high-demand cycles pretty much all day. Would this Vickers valve hold up to that kind of workload, and what's the max it can handle flow-wise?

For high-demand harvesting equipment, this series is rated up to 300 L/min (80 USgpm) and handles pressures up to 350 bar (5000 psi). Those are solid numbers for continuous ag applications, and the 1AR100 has a track record in exactly that kind of mobile field environment. The spool-style construction is part of what keeps it consistent under load.
