What pressure does this handle?

This Vickers pressure control valve is rated to 350 bar, which is about 5,000 psi.

Got a harvester sittin' idle cause the pressure control valve gave out, this a spool-type that could slot in as a replacement for a 1UAR100 series unit?

Spool-style, yes, and it runs under the 1UAR100 series from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton, so if the machine originally called for that series, this would be the correct configuration. The part number is 407AA01631A, which is worth cross-referencing against whatever came out of the machine. Rated to 350 bar (5,000 psi) with flow capacity up to 300 L/min, it covers the performance range you'd expect in harvester hydraulic circuits.
