Got a harvester that's been giving us fits with pressure spikes. Would the 1PA100P7S hold up at 5000 psi or is that pushing it?

5000 psi is actually the rated maximum for this valve, so you're right at the top of its design envelope, not beyond it. It's built for exactly the kind of mobile equipment work you're describing. Harvesters are listed as a direct application, so pressure control in that environment is well within what this valve was made to handle.
