Got a harvester that keeps blowing pressure on the control circuit, would the 1GR100P2S hold up to that kind of duty, and what's the max pressure it'll handle?

For harvester applications, this valve is actually a pretty solid fit. It's rated to 350 bar, which works out to right around 5,000 psi, so it's built for the kind of pressure swings you see in mobile harvesting circuits. The spool-style design also gives you good flexibility on how you work it into your existing layout, which matters when you're retrofitting rather than building from scratch.
