If I'm running this thing flat out, is it gonna hold up?

Flow rate on this one says 1.2 litres per minute but the specs also mention 300 L/min capacity. which number actually applies to how this valve's gonna work in my circuit?

The 1.2 litres per minute rated flow is specific to this unit's operating duty, meaning it's sized for pilot or control-circuit work rather than main-line flow. So if you're running a pilot circuit or a control loop inside a larger hydraulic system, that 1.2 L/min figure is the one that matters for sizing this valve correctly.
