flow rate on this one says 150 L/min in the specs but the description mentions 300 L/min and 80 USgpm, which number is actually right for this valve?

The 300 L/min and 80 USgpm figures reflect the rated flow capacity for the 1AR100 series overall. The 150 L/min value listed in the attributes applies specifically to this configuration of the valve. If your system is running closer to the higher end of that range, you'd want to confirm which flow demand you're actually working with before assuming either number covers your setup.
