running a couple of these on a refuse hauler setup and just want to make sure i got the right one, this valve handle up to 5000 psi?

Yeah, 5000 psi is exactly what this valve is rated for. That's 350 bar, so you're right at the ceiling of its pressure range. For refuse hauler work that's a solid fit, which is one of the applications this series was built around. Flow capacity tops out at 300 liters per minute, or about 80 US gallons per minute, so you've got plenty of headroom there too.
