what's the max pressure this relief valve can handle before it starts bypassing?

Rated to 350 bar, which works out to 5000 psi. That puts it well within range for most high-demand mobile and industrial circuits. Flow capacity tops out at 300 liters per minute, or 80 US gallons per minute, so it's got plenty of headroom for heavy equipment like harvesters and refuse haulers running full load.
